Our entire "Footprints family" is committed to providing fiscally sound, quality, responsive and efficient services for individuals with developmental and mental health disabilities and substance abuse issues.

The Senior Management Team, bring a total of more than 45 years of cumulative experience in the human services field. They, and our competent staff of over two hundred trained and qualified professionals assist individuals and families, who select Footprints as their services provider.

Richard Anderson has extensive clinical and administrative experience working with persons, who have developmental disabilities, mental health and substance abuse issues. This includes management of a large regional case management program, a developmental disabilities program and responsibilities for program quality improvement. As one of the Footprints partners, Mr. Anderson also serves as President of the company.

Heather Browning, Clinical Director

Heather Browning is responsible for the management of all clinical services. She has a wealth of experience with case management, program supervision, working with community partners and other stakeholders. Heather oversees the provision of quality Clinical services and is a member of the Senior Management team.

Our Qualifications and Commitment

The Footprints Carolina staff understand the needs and challenges of our customers. We have an effective, service system designed to minimize administrative layers and to place emphasis on providing them with appropriate and timely services and supports.

Our staff are well qualified and have extensive experience assisting people with developmental disabilities, CAP-C and transitional housing needs.  Most of our staff have worked for various private and public mental health agencies such as: Pathways, Mecklenburg County MH/DD/SA Area Authority, the Foothills LME, Smoky Mountain Center, and Mental Health Partners.

Priority is placed on making our services available and assessable to our customers. The locations of our service offices and the time periods that staff are available are intended to respond effectively to their needs.

Furthermore, we ensure a smooth transition of services for those, who select Footprints as their provider, and to assisting them on an ongoing basis - with compassion and respect.

We're also committed to providing effective services on behalf of the Local Management Entities (LMEs), which monitor the provision and quality of our services.
