Our Qualifications and Commitment
The Footprints Carolina staff understand the needs and challenges of our customers. We have an effective, service system designed to minimize administrative layers and to place emphasis on providing them with appropriate and timely services and supports.
Our staff are well qualified and have extensive experience assisting people with developmental disabilities, CAP-C and transitional housing needs. Most of our staff have worked for various private and public mental health agencies such as: Pathways, Mecklenburg County MH/DD/SA Area Authority, the Foothills LME, Smoky Mountain Center, and Mental Health Partners.
Priority is placed on making our services available and assessable to our customers. The locations of our service offices and the time periods that staff are available are intended to respond effectively to their needs.
Furthermore, we ensure a smooth transition of services for those, who select Footprints as their provider, and to assisting them on an ongoing basis - with compassion and respect.
We're also committed to providing effective services on behalf of the Local Management Entities (LMEs), which monitor the provision and quality of our services.
