As a Case Manager/Qualified Professional at Footprints Carolina, you will be given the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. We currently serve customers from our five faciltiies located in:

Charlotte, Hickory, Lenoir, Gastonia, Lincolnton and Shelby.

Residential Services Staff

We maintain a 24 hour, adult, short term, 6 bed, transitional housing facility in Gaston County.    Brooks Place opened in 2007 and has successfully served individuals either by diversion to or transition from hospiltalization.
