Question: What services does Footprints Carolina provide?
Answer: We currently specialize in assisting individuals, who have a family member with developmental disabilities thropugh our Targeted Case Management services. We also provide Outpatient Treatment; and Transitional Housing.
In Mecklenburg County, we also provide services to people with mental health and substance abuse issues. Specific services vary by county. Therefore, please contact us for clarification of the services available in your local community.

Question: Who pays for the cost of your services?
Answer: The cost of care for many of our customers is covered by Medicaid, if they qualify. Some customers' services are covered by private insurance, private pay or by state IPRS funds.
Question: How do I apply for services?
Answer: You may contact your Local Management Entity (i.e., public mental health agency) for a referral, or you may contact one of our area offices directly to discuss the appropriateness and availability of services as they may relate to your personal situation.
